We Take Infection Control Very Seriously.

Just a quick note to update you on precautions we are taking at the office in the Covid-19 era.
Recently a group of esteemed epidemiologists have rated the dental office a 4 out of 10 on a risk scale for covid -19.  A 4 out of 10 being considered a lower risk.  The dental office ranked below hair salons, gyms, malls and sporting events amongst others.  The reason for this is the already stringent infection control rules that were already in place prior to Covid -19.
Adding to our already stringent protocol we have added  covid pre-screening, temperature checks, new waiting room guidelines, mask donning for patients upon entry, hand sanitizing upon entry and at termination of appointment, pre- procedural rinses prior to commencing treatment, air purification throughout office, HVAC and room enclosure for hygiene, limited aerosol producing  procedures as indicated by governing bodies.  We are also wearing some added protective equipment including upgraded masks, face shield and gowns depending on recommendations from our dental and hygiene governing bodies.
We are very comfortable being in the dental office at this time and you should be as well
